You can attend the one-year anniversary party for Oak Grill and Aqua Lounge at Island Hotel Newport Beach on Friday, July 3 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Enjoy food stations like the Summer Halibut Ceviche as well as tray passed appetizers from Chef Marc Johnson. Drink stations include farm-to-table Margaritas, Moscow mules, Whiskey tastings, and wine of course. Mix and mingle, wine and dine, enjoy live music and find out what’s next for both Oak Grill and Aqua Lounge

JOIN CHA CHA’S LATIN KITCHEN FOR TAMALE THURSDAY

Treat your taste buds to Tamale Thursday at Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen, downtown Brea’s popular dining experience. Executive Chef Joe Martinez will prepare seasonal tamales using local ingredients every Thursday, the only day that they will be offered.

The exclusive tamales highlight modern twists on the traditional dish, including Mushroom and Sweet Potato Tamales and Duck Tamales. The featured tamale dishes will vary every week. Also in rotation are Pork Tamales and Tamales De Cameron Veracruzana. Make the meal complete with one of Cha Cha’s award winning margaritas for $5, which includes their seasonal Watermelon Margarita.

Cha Cha’s Latin Kitchen features a fresh modern style, blending the culinary heritage of Latin American and Mexican cuisine. The energetic restaurant offers live Latin bands, handcrafted cocktails, and its popular happy hour.
